Switzerland: Parcel up to 2 kg CHF 10.50. For international deliveries, postage depends on the respective country.   <\/p><h2>Cancellation<\/h2><p>Cancellations are only possible before shipping.<\/p><h2>Right of Return<\/h2><p>We accept returns of goods within 14 days without stating a reason. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be refunded, minus any shipping costs incurred. Returns must be announced to <a href=\"mailto:info@savetheyarn.com\">info@savetheyarn.com<\/a>.   <\/p><h2>Defects\/Exchanges<\/h2><p>It is important to us that you are satisfied with our products! If the customer is not satisfied, the goods can be returned within 14 days. The purchase amount, minus shipping costs, will then be refunded.
