Shipping
Your goods will be shipped with Swiss Post, unless otherwise agreed. Switzerland: Parcel up to 2 kg CHF 10.50. For international deliveries, postage depends on the respective country.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only possible before shipping.
Right of Return
We accept returns of goods within 14 days without stating a reason. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase amount will be refunded, minus any shipping costs incurred. Returns must be announced to info@savetheyarn.com.
